User acknowledgment and acceptance language
Purpose
This AI Tool User Acknowledgment establishes the requirements, limitations, responsibilities, disclosures, and conditions governing use of KORE internal artificial intelligence tools and related AI-enabled functionality, including the internal AI tool described by the project team.
Authorized Use
The AI Tool is provided solely for authorized Company business purposes. Users must use the AI Tool in accordance with POL-022 AI Usage Policy, information security requirements, confidentiality obligations, customer and contractual commitments, employment or contractor obligations, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Use the AI Tool only for authorized Company business purposes.
- Do not use personal, free-tier, or unapproved AI tools for Company work.
- Do not use the AI Tool in a manner that violates Company policy, contractual obligations, or applicable law.
AI Output Limitations
The AI Tool may generate text, summaries, recommendations, analyses, research support, drafts, or other responses. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, biased, outdated, inconsistent, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
Users remain responsible for independently reviewing, validating, fact-checking, and approving all outputs before relying on, using, sharing, publishing, or implementing them.
Human Review and No Sole Reliance
The AI Tool is intended to assist users and support productivity. The AI Tool does not make autonomous decisions and does not replace human judgment.
The AI Tool must not be used as the sole basis for legal, financial, accounting, tax, regulatory, compliance, HR, employment, compensation, promotion, disciplinary, operational, safety, security, customer-impacting, or other material business decisions. Appropriate human review and approval are always required.
Inputs, Uploads, and User Responsibility
Users are responsible for all prompts, questions, instructions, uploaded files, documents, content, and other information submitted to the AI Tool.
- Users may not submit content in violation of Company policy, applicable law, contractual obligations, confidentiality requirements, privacy requirements, intellectual property rights, or data protection requirements.
- Users remain responsible for ensuring submitted content is appropriate for the approved AI Tool and approved use case.
- Users should avoid submitting unnecessary personal information, confidential information, customer information, employee information, credentials, security configurations, regulated data, or other restricted information unless the AI Tool has been expressly approved to process that category of information.
Ownership of Inputs and Outputs
All prompts, uploaded content, submitted information, AI-generated outputs, reports, analyses, summaries, drafts, and other work product created through the AI Tool in connection with Company business are Company records and remain the property of KORE Solutions, Inc. or the applicable Company entity.
Such records may be retained, audited, monitored, reviewed, preserved, disclosed, or produced as required by Company policy, legal obligation, audit requirement, investigation, litigation hold, or other legitimate business purpose.
Monitoring, Logging, and No Expectation of Privacy
User activity in the AI Tool may be logged, monitored, retained, reviewed, audited, and disclosed to authorized Company personnel for security, compliance, legal, operational, administrative, support, audit, investigation, and business purposes.
Users should have no expectation of personal privacy when using the AI Tool. This includes prompts, uploaded content, generated outputs, system activity, audit logs, acceptance records, and related activity records.
Model Training and Improvement
Based on the current configuration described by the project team, user prompts, uploaded files, submitted content, and AI-generated outputs are not used by KORE or OpenAI to train, retrain, fine-tune, or improve foundation models.
Any future change that would allow Company information, customer information, personal information, prompts, uploaded files, or generated outputs to be used for model training, retraining, fine-tuning, or improvement must be reviewed and approved by Security, Compliance, and Legal before implementation.
Data Retention
Prompts, uploaded content, AI-generated outputs, usage logs, audit logs, acceptance records, and related activity data may be retained by the Company for operational, security, compliance, legal, audit, investigation, business continuity, dispute resolution, legal hold, and recordkeeping purposes.
Retention and deletion are governed by Company policies, business requirements, and applicable legal obligations. Users should not assume that prompts, uploaded files, generated outputs, chat histories, or related records will be deleted immediately upon request or remain available indefinitely.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KORE MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, LEGALITY, AVAILABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY AI-GENERATED OUTPUT.
Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all AI-generated outputs before they are used, shared, or relied upon.
